"The design of our home really makes the most of the unique location and relates closely to the site and surrounding area. We enjoy maximum natural light and are delighted with the spectacular 7 mile views of the surrounding countryside. We wanted to make Mallards a truly unique house, designed specifically for the English climate. Large roof overhangs to the south keep the house cooler in summer while computer controlled under floor heating and a whole house air management system create a year round stable environment."
