Snow Clearance Helps Keep Farnham Moving
Elsmore Construction lent its machines and manpower to the general public on Tuesday, clearing the snow from the town centre public carpark, helping shoppers and workers to keep moving.
After almost a week of snow bound roads, Elsmore was helping the public to get moving again, clearing the main Farnham town centre of snow and ice enabling shoppers and workers to return to their day to day business. The carpark was still covered with several inches of snow making it difficult for vehicles to manoeuvre and treacherous for pedestrians. With the help of diggers and shovels employees of Elsmore Construction voluntarily cleared the carpark of snow, working around eager motorists, to allow full use of the parking spaces again.
